Spending

During trips, lots of money are used to buy goods and services like accommodation, foods, souvenirs, tour guide, etc.. Before, i spent more than MYR1000 to travel around Ranau town. and i cant visits every place in Ranau due to financial problems.. it is not that i have no money but i really hate to spend more than my budget! until last month during my second trip to Ranau, i was introduced to a cost sharing by this young couple.

I started my trip at Kota Kinabalu, i go to Bandaran and pay Rm20 for my transportation from Kota kinabalu to Kundasang. then at Kundasang i visits War memorial park and i rent a car with Rm30 to Desa Cattle.

So after i visited Desa cattle, i need to go to Ranau town. so i need to rent a car and it cost me RM40. at Ranau, i want to go to Poring Hot Spring, so in front of Ranau's Maybank, there are a few drivers who can send me to Poring Hot Spring for RM30.. before leaving Ranau town i go to one small restaurant for lunch, lots of people are eating there. i saw a young couple waited to be seated,so i go near them and ask about the restaurant. they told me that the restaurant serves a good food.

Then 3 of us seat on a same table, and i have the opportunity to talked to them about Poring Hot Spring. I am so lucky that i met them, because they are going to Poring Hot Spring too! then she offer me to join them and she told me about the cost sharing! yay, im so lucky to meet them.

After Lunch we go back to Maybank to rent a van. Then she negotiated with the driver to send us for RM20, again we were lucky the driver agreed! so i paid RM10 and that young couple paid RM10 too.. so before reach Poring i really hope that i can see the biggest flower of the world, just before the Poring village i saw Adenna Rafflesia Garden's banner! yay, then we stop there to take some pictures and i paid Rm30. the flower was magnificent! i never saw any flower that huge. there i met a young girl named wiwi, she explained to me all about the flower, and i am so interested in her explanation. so, i asked for her FB account, so i can keep in touch with her and she can share he flower's pictures.

i was very happy at that time,then we go to Poring Hot Spring. at about 5 p,m we go find some rental car to send us to Kota kinabalu. we found one, it cost Rm300 and i cut my cost to Rm150 by sharing the cost with them..
